
Baby Bok-Choy + Potsticker Soup

Ingredients
1/4 cup onion
3 cloves garlic
1/2 tbsp ginger
1 bundle baby bok-choy
1/4 pack potstickers (chicken, veggie, pork, or shrimp)
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup water
1/2 tbsp ponzu
pinch salt
pinch pepper
pinch red pepper flakes
Directions
1. Add 2 cups of chicken broth and 1 cup of water to pot, cook on medium heat
2. Add potstickers (cook covered for 3 min)
3. Break apart and wash baby bok-choy
4. Chop onion, garlic, and ginger
5. Add baby bok-choy, onion, garlic, and ginger to pot (cook covered for 3 min)
6. Add ponzu, salt, and pepper (adjust proportion based on taste)
7. Serve in bowls topped with red pepper flakes
