CLEAN (Carwash Worker Center)

CLEAN (Carwash Worker Center) is a grassroots worker center based in Los Angeles, CA that empowers carwash workers to make lasting changes in the carwash industry and their communities.

We collaborated to create an illustrated resource material to support car wash
workers and advocates wanting to learn more. Resource was distributed by the CLEAN staff to members at trainings. Goal of booklet is to educate members on their rights, resources to support issues at work, a guide to calculating their wages, a booklet to keep track of their working hours, and to recruit future members.
